2.     Identify three evidence-based outcomes of biofeedback.

3.     Define mindfulness meditation and provide two examples of evidence-based physical benefits discovered in research findings.

4.     Identify five psychophysiological reactions that occur during acute and chronic stress.

5.     Identify two key components of compassion in common definitions of compassion.

6.     Discuss in a group format at least one way to apply an evidence-based compassion intervention for emotional health.

7.    Design a personal self-care strategy with specific, actionable goals.
